The upcoming free agent and his supermodel wife, Gisele Bündchen, purchased a $9 million 10-acre home in Greenwich in November last year, and with the New England Patriots eliminated from the NFL playoffs, they have reportedly taken the trip down I-95 and moved to Fairfield County.
Brady fueled rumors regarding his future in the NFL last year when he put his Brookline, Massachusetts home up for sale. He has remained mum about his future in the league, though he has previously stated that he plans to play until he is 45 years old.
According to WEEI, the Brady suite at Gillette Stadium has also been cleared out, a first.
The 42-year-old quarterback will be permitted to negotiate with any team besides the patriots beginning on March 15, when the legal tampering for free agents opens.
Brady currently ranks second in all-time career passing touchdowns with 541 and passing yards with 74,571, behind only Drew Brees in both categories. The six-time Super Bowl winner has never played a game for a team besides the Patriots.
“The contract things I think a week after the season, I would say these things haven’t even started to pick up," Brady said on Westwood One Radio. "That is not my concern at this point. It has been about decompressing and lessen my mind a little bit and resting my body and spending time with the people who have supported me over the last six months.”
